Refund policy

 

All Supplement Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, all dietary supplements, nutritional products, powders, capsules, and other consumable products sold by Whey Source are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for these products, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. Once a consumable product leaves our control, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or maintained and therefore cannot safely restock or resell it.

Refunds will not be provided because of personal preference, taste, texture, results, sensitivities, allergies, adverse reactions, or a customer’s failure to review the product’s ingredients, Supplement Facts, warnings, or usage instructions before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, appears to have been tampered with, or contains the wrong product, please contact us at mailto:wheysource@atomicmail.io within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Do not consume a product if its safety seal is missing, broken, or appears to have been tampered with.

We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Whey Source may require additional information and may ask that the affected product be retained or returned before resolving the claim.

No Order Cancellations

All orders are final once submitted and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after purchase.

Please review your order details, shipping address, product selection, quantities, and payment information carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

Whey Source is not responsible for an order delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a shipment is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter with the shipping carrier.

Product Recalls

This final-sale policy does not apply to a product subject to an official recall. Recall-related remedies will be handled according to the instructions issued by Whey Source, the manufacturer, or the appropriate regulatory authority.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
